CS203XL - Outdoor Rated Intelligent RFID Reader
CS203XL is the latest generation of ruggedized intelligent readers from CSL. It utilizes the Impinj E910 RFID IC to achieve the highest sensitivity tag reading. Automation is built in using the latest no-code Event Engine that provides nested logic, multiple software and hardware triggers and custom actions. The CS203XL is a powerful outdoor rated edge server that streamlines RFID data collection.
About the CS203XL

The CS203XL is designed to run in harsh environments where water and dust are present. The IP68 rated reader includes weatherproof connection ports and port covers when ports are not in use.
The CS203XL includes an integrated circular polarized antenna that enables reading RFID tags without running long coax cables to costly external antennas. An additional antenna can be added using an external antenna connection.
The CS203XL is powered by the Impinj E910 Reader IC to achieve long read range. This enables fast inventory of items on pallets, warehouse shelves, moving vehicles, and other tagged items in business processes where fixed reader class performance is required.

We know each project has has different RFID tag reading requirements and environmental conditions. The CS203XL is designed for indoor and outdoor use, for more rugged conditions consider are waterproof connectors. An external antenna can also be connected to the reader to expand the RFID tag reading area, we recommend the CS780 antenna.

Power Adapter
The waterproof power adapter has a special connector that can screw on tightly for a secure power connection.
Debug Serial Cable
The waterproof debug serial cable can be used to configure settings on the reader with an RS232 serial connection.
Ethernet Cable
The waterproof ethernet cable has a special connector that can screw on tightly to the CS203XL to prevent water and moisture from getting into the reader.
GPIO Cable
The waterproof GPIO cable has a special connector that can screw on tightly to the CS203XL to provide a secure connection.
